Message to Santa Barbara, CA. Went to DMV and registered it without much fuss. Can't recall if I had to smog it before that. But there were no issues at all.

I had a lot more problems bringing a '92 240SX from San Diego to B.C. - they didn't want to let it in because of the automatic seat belt.
